SCORE, Successful College Of Real Estate Inc. became a reality in September of 2000, founded by Victor & Rita Garrett. The facility was expanded in 2003 to provide for more classrooms to better accommodate our students. Both Victor & Rita are licensed Florida broker’s, instructors and Florida mortgage broker's devoting their time to bringing quality instruction into the classroom, and have been successful in introducing and producing many individuals into the profitable world of real estate and the mortgage brokerage industry.

SCORE has grown tremendously in the past six years and has gained recognition in the field of instruction in Sales Associates, Broker’s, Post Licensing, and Mortgage Brokerage. The philosophy of SCORE is to provide the flexibility to accommodate, smaller class size, personal tutoring if necessary, bridging the gap from memorization to comprehension, application of the materials required to obtain a state license in real estate and/or mortgage broker, and fulfilling all Florida post education requirements.
