Are there any pre-requisites to obtain a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License?

• Must be minimum of 18 years of age
• Have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Enroll, complete and pass the state approved 63 hour sales associate course.
• Complete state application (Notarized) and submit to the Division of Real Estate your fingerprints and appropriate fees.
• Take the required state exam and pass with a minimum score of 75*
  (Attorneys in good standing with the Florida Bar and persons with a 4 year Real Estate Degree are exceptions)

Where and How is the State Exam given?

• There are two testing centers in the Central Florida area. The State Exam is a multiple choice question exam that is given on a touch screen computer. (No computer experience necessary)

How soon do you receive your school and state test results?

• At SCORE, we will grade your exam while you wait, as does the testing site.

What if I need a tutoring course, is there an extra charge?

• At SCORE, we offer special tutoring if you have a problem…at No extra charge to you. Additionally, you may take our review courses unlimited for one year. (Included in your tuition)

How large are the classes?

• At SCORE, we believe in smaller, more comfortable class size with a more personalized instruction that will provide you the “cutting edge” to understanding and retaining the required material for each course.

Is my out of state Real Estate License recognized in Florida?

• Florida has mutual recognition with the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Passing a 40 question state specific law exam is required from all licensees from mutual recognized state. (Call for details)

Can I be dually licensed as a Sales Associate & Mortgage Broker?
