IMPORTANT INFORMATION ALL STUDENTS NEEDS TO KNOW....
Before making that final decision to move forward with the Florida 63 Hour Pre-License Real Estate Online Course, there are several things you need to know and understand to make a thorough decision if this is right for you.
1. The online course does not require a textbook or any supplemental materials, however should you feel that you would need a textbook, you may simply call the school.
2. The online course will have available to you Instructional support from a Florida State Licensed Instructor from the hours of 9 A.M.-5 P.M. daily at 1-866-HI-SCORE, or you may email us at info@callscore.com.
3. The online course may be accessed and will be available to you for a period of one (1) year from the date of registration. You may log into your course and click on profile, then online course history, click on the course and it will take you into your lesson result page to check your progress.
4. You may work thru your course at your own pace, the only “timed” part of the course is the End Of Course Exam which gives you three (3) hours to complete. You must obtain a score of 70% or higher to successfully pass the Sales Associate course or Broker course. The Post Licensing requires a score of 75% or higher. The Continuing Education course requires a score of 80% or higher.
5. The online student may not switch from the internet based course into the classroom for certification without paying the full course tuition fees, and completing the required 63 hours as established by the Florida Real Estate Commission.
6. There will be no refund issued to a student once you have entered in to the tutorial. If you do not go beyond the tutorial, contact the school regarding a refund.
7. Every online student must agree to an affidavit stating “I certify that I have personally completed all assignments, and have not duplicated any portion of the end of course exam“. You will find this affidavit under the title marked “Instructions For The Final Exam” and you must click “yes” in order to be administered your final exam.
8. If the student should fail the end of course exam, the student has to wait a minimum of 30 days before becoming eligible to retake an exam. You will have access to go back and review the course again up until the time you take your second exam. Should a student fail the end of course exam the second time, the student must retake the entire course again, and pay the full tuition fee again.
